本人近年来一直从事半导体材料的制备,表征,及其物理性质和传感特性方面的研究。包括以ZnO为主的半导体纳米材料的制备、表面处理、掺杂、表征以及光电性质的检测。对材料的表面形态、晶格结构、光电性质、能带进行研究。在此基础上,研制基于半导体纳米材料的新型信息器件,主要是忆阻器和气体传感器。
